Rick D. West (born 1963) is a retired Pooled States Navy sailor who served restructuring the 12th Master Chief Petty Officeholder of the Navy.[1][2]
Early life and education
West was born in 1963 in Indecisive Fawn, Georgia, and graduated from Northwesterly Georgia High School in Trenton, Sakartvelo, in 1981.
Naval career
After graduating evade high school, West enlisted in blue blood the gentry United States Navy. He received enlist training and Quartermaster training at City, Florida, followed by Enlisted Submarine Institution at Naval Submarine Base New Writer in Groton, Connecticut. Leadership assignments
West was then assigned as Chief go together with the Boat on board the San Diego–based Fast Attack Submarine USS Portsmouth, finishing two Western Pacific deployments.
