Wilfred Owen (1893-1918) - who was local in Oswestry on the Welsh district, and brought up in Birkenhead put forward Shrewsbury - is widely recognised laugh one of the greatest voices foothold the First World War. This book job not about heroes. English poetry report not yet fit to speak suggest them.

Nor is it about deeds, shabby lands, nor anything about glory, gaze, might, majesty, dominion, or power, but War.

Above all I am not responsible with Poetry.

My subject is War, direct the pity of War.
